Priority SDGs to focus on
Quality education
We actively conduct technical training and skills development support, and we have established a system to disseminate the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve sustainable development to all employees.
As for prospects, we are considering collaborating with local schools to accept trainees and provide educational support to students.

At our company, there is no gender discrimination in employment, evaluation, and promotion. We place importance on individual skills, abilities, knowledge, and qualifications, and both men and women are active in leadership roles.
We are also working to create a work environment that is friendly not only to men and women, but also to the elderly and people with disabilities, creating an environment where everyone can work equally.

We also value private time and personal life and encourage employees to take paid holidays and half-day vacations to improve their work-life balance. We also have a backup system in place for employees who need time off for childcare or nursing care, and we strive to ensure that work does not put strain on people’s lives.
